Her impact and performance with projects and clients spans from spearheading a sensitive presidential national political campaign & advisory group focused on public engagement of youth , women and senior citizens to win a narrowly disputed region for a client ; providing strategies for fundraising for a national election; arranging participation for global businesses in international trade fairs ; offering models of community engagement and corporate social responsibility to government; development and executing a national leadership performance program for senior level executives; mobilization of a national multi-city call to action in response and support of the Biden- Harris Black Engagement Task Force; producing an international engagement strategy for policy and trade collaboration for African nations with ECOWAS ( Economic Community of West African States ) Ambassadors and US diaspora leaders and businesses ; Led Public Policy efforts for Black Male Engagement.
 
In addition to her work in the United States where she has been recognized by the receipt of an honorary doctorate and awards from The White House Youth Anti-Violence Program, Senate offices of Detroit, and Illinois and Office of The Mayor and City Council for the Cities of Philadelphia, Washington DC, Charlottesville, Atlanta, Detroit, and Charlotte and others. Dr Ky Dele was also appointed as a Special Ambassador for the 2019 Year of Return in Ghana by the Embassy of Ghana to the United States, Global Philanthropy Ambassador for the Kingsley Lington Academy (KLA) in Liberia to the United states, and was a Keynote Speaker along with the Vice President of Nigeria and the Governor of Edo State at the Benin City Conference in 2019. In 2020, she also headed an advisory group on African Caribbean strategy and public engagement for the National Black Chambers of Commerce and is a strategic planner for the Africa Union and Africa Exim Bank Trade Conference in Rwanda Africa.
